Our Service Overview
A Commitment to Excellence
At Cambridge Antibody Labs, we are dedicated to providing our customers with an all-in-one solution that delivers high-quality, fast, and affordable services to accelerate their research.
Whether you require an antigen, antibody, or protein analytical assay, we are here to help you achieve success.
Antibody Discovery
Extensive hands-on experience in the discovery of monoclonal antibodies using both in vitro and in vivo technologies for a range of applications, including reagents, diagnostics, and therapeutics. Our expertise in phage display and mouse single B cell cloning allows us to identify binders for soluble antigens to membrane proteins.
Antibody Engineering
Specialize in engineering highly specific antibodies using our cutting-edge structure-based design and high-throughput production and characterization capabilities. Whether you need to humanize an antibody from another species, increase or decrease antibody affinity, fix liable "hot-spots," or reformat a multi-specific antibody, we have the expertise and technology to deliver customized solutions that meet your unique needs.
Antibody Production
Cambridge Antibody Labs is your partner for customized protein expression solutions. Our state-of-the-art facilities and experienced team of scientists enable us to provide a wide range of services, from milligram to gram quantities of protein expression. We offer high-throughput production and both transient and stable HEK293/CHO production to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality proteins.
Recombinant Protein Production
Our high-throughput protein expression and purification systems are capable of producing all types of biologics from a variety of expression hosts, such as mammalian cells (HEK293, CHO) and E. coli.
Protein Analytics
Our labs offer quality control using HPLC and CE-based assays to check for protein impurities and quality. Additionally, we provide binding activity assessments through SPR/BLI, as well as a developability package to ensure that the antibodies we produce are highly developable.
